Most of what a man needs to know in his twenties is written down somewhere, in a study he will never find, behind a paywall he will not pay, in language nobody explains. The rest is sold to him by people with something to move. Gritwright exists to close that gap: to read the research, run the thing ourselves where we can, and hand back the honest version in plain English.
That means telling you when the evidence is thin, when a method has a limit, and when the answer is simply that it takes longer than you hoped. Every guide names the person who wrote it and, where the subject warrants it, the qualified reviewer who checked it. Claims link to their primary sources. Revisions are dated and described rather than made quietly. If we get something wrong, we correct it in public.
We are reader-supported. Advertising and the occasional affiliate link keep the lights on, and neither one buys a recommendation: no brand sees a guide before it publishes, we pay for what we test, and a link never decides what we say about a thing. If a product is not worth your money, the honest answer costs us the commission and we publish it anyway.
If a guide here saved you money, time or a wasted year, you can buy us a coffee. Nobody has to, nothing on this site is locked, and every guide stays free either way. Direct support is simply the version of this that answers to readers instead of advertisers.
